1. Communication management:
- Edit and write content for educational articles, infographics, video scripts, according to the tone and manner necessary for every communication channel.
- Ensure all communications are clear, easy to understand, and prevent crisis (if any) with short, clear & strong content.
- Coordinate & follow up with all related teams to get explanations & understand the process, raise concerns/suggestions when reviewing content for the request team to ensure the best communication solution.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement an effective communication plan.
2. Communication development:
- Manage existing channels & create new channels to communicate with Merchants.
- Build communication schedules based on plans & requests from Management.
- Monitor and evaluate communications channel effectiveness, success and feedback periodically and report on them.
- Bachelor of Communications/PR/Marketing majors;
- At least 02-year experience in communications/content management.
- Skills: Content-writing/Copy-writing; Strong Operation mindset; tech-savy, detail-oriented.
- English skills: Intermediate reading & writing skills;
- Computer skills: Familiar with communication/CRM tools, HTML is a big plus.
- Highly prefer working experience or knowledge of e-commerce service/ E-wallet;
- Behavioral skills: Adaptability, Communication, Teamwork, Organization, Proactiveness, Problem-solving.
