TheTikiNow Smart Logistics Technology owns the framework and architecture of Tiki Logistics
on Backend Servers, iOS, and Android. As we scale multiple X in revenue and customer base,
this team strives to build the next generation transportation and logistics framework that ensures
a highly scalable and high throughput codebase and empowers real operations to continuously
optimize and improve execution on a large scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead software development team to develop, document, and maintain entire cutting
  edge logistic applications
• Provide leadership, management, and technical vision to the entire engineering team
• Head responsibility to analyze, design, develop and support all software application
  systems
• Lead product innovation, review all documents related to product requirements, and
  participate in product brainstorming sessions
• Manage all software engineering schedules, budget, and resource allocation
• Stimulate hiring, career plans, training as well as performance reviews for the software
  engineering team
• Attract the best talent through your own network and by partnering with recruiting, meet
  aggressive hiring targets
• Provide employee coaching, mentoring, development, and team building

Requirements:

• Have a strong technical background and rich experience in large-scale systems
• Have 10+ years of management experience
• Technically hands-on and enough deep understanding of technology such that to be able
  to challenge developers and help them be pragmatic in whatever they do
• Deep customer focus: you care deeply about the product experience, you understand
  users’ motivations and frustrations
• Empathetic and employee-focused: you care deeply about the people in your team,
  helping them to achieve their personal and professional growth, and enabling them to do
  the best work of their lives
• Excellent problem-solving and communication, and great organizational and analytical
  skills
• Bachelor‘s degree in computer science/engineering or analytical discipline.
