We are looking for senior candidate for our role of Senior Operations Manager, Transportation to take care of the whole Southern Vietnam. This position is critical for the company’s operational excellence, business growth and profitability.

What you’d love for the role:

• Deploy best-in-class standardized processes throughout TikiNOW regional network
• Lead the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability for the Best Customer Experience
• Manage and operate all Transportation and Logistics matters from manpower, governance, and measures & metrics for the whole Southern organization

What you‘d contribute:

• Lead a sizeable operations team of Transportation including First-mile, Sortation and Last-mile functions across Southern Vietnam
• Figure out operational problems and find solutions to improve overall Tiki Customer Experience
• Analyze logistical issues and propose down-to-earth solutions to business
• Leverage on IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery, order cycle time 
• Use data for performance evaluation and quality improvement
• Continually improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, with extra focus on compliance and ethics
• Perform operations quality on a daily basis including but not limited to the timeliness of each single step in transportation, inventory accuracy, and other departments’ inquiries
• Prepare annual business plan and budget
• Take the lead in cross-functional projects/initiatives 
• Grow and expand in-house transportation team
• Develop and review policies and processes related to Transportation and Logistics

What you‘d need to succeed in the role:

• +7 years of proven track record in relevant scope of work
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business
• Good analytical and numeracy skills
• Strong planning and organizational skill
• High sense of focus, attention to detail
• High level of drive and energy
• Able to mobilize cross-functional teams towards achieving business performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain

Nice-to-have experience:

• Logistics and distribution company experience is desirable.
