FP&A Manager will interact deeply with multiple core Business teams, obtain data and make plans/analyses, identify key areas to improve and grow, influence decisions and measure the effectiveness of solutions are implemented over time

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a financial business partner to business functions and management
• Prepare management reports for business leaders and draw out actionable insights from financial data to influence strategy and performance
• Develop metrics and reports to provide visibility into profit/cost structure, cash flow impact and drive actionable plan with Business team
• Build financial models to create solutions that scale for the organization
• Continuous process improvement and support on new business proposals or explorations

• Passion for metrics/figures and ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
• Finance & Accounting knowledge
• Experience with using SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
