Responsibilities
- Be responsible for employee’s profile management which including employee’s profile when joining company, labor contract, annex labor contract, salary adjustment decision, resignation package…
- Be responsible for print labor contracts and follow up to collect labor contracts
- Be responsible for employee benefits (private Health Insurance, Life Insurance, marriage coupon…)
- Support to C&B operation process
- Support to do the SHUI reports as requirement
- Other tasks assign from Line Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in C&B file and over 3000 HCs.
- Strong Microsoft Office (especially in excel) and use to be use system is a plus
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Hard working, customer service mindset, resulted oriented and good communication skills
