Introduction 

Our core thesis is built on a multi-home smart contract future. In order to realize this,
we aim to develop tooling that helps push the space toward a degree of composability
and interoperability between Ethereum, Cosmos and other EVM chains that have not
been accomplished prior. By building on the strengths of both Ethereum and
Cosmos, we hope to offer a unique EVM chain within Cosmos for devs to house their
decentralized applications and for users to hold their funds and source liquidity.

What you would do

• Drive and implement technical solutions to a variety of features that serve
  high throughput and also high availability
• Build, test, and ship back-end APIs
• Working closely with our engineering team to create and develop the EVM
  and interoperability components for our blockchain

What you should have 

• Knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures (practicing leetcode daily should be ok)
• Good coding skill, clear thinking, "fast hand fast eye"
• Deep knowledge of your current programming languages (we prefer
  Java/C++/Golang/Rust/NodeJS) and understanding of pros and cons of different types of databases
• Knowledge of concepts, and components in system design
• Basic knowledge about computer science (networking, thread/process, OS‘
  memory management, CPU, DB, load balance, caching, etc)

Nice to have

• Understanding of blockchain technology, distributed systems, or
  cryptography
• Familiarity with Tendermint and Cosmos SDK, basic knowledge of Proof-of-Stake consensus
