Job Description

Tiki is looking for a talented Brand Content Writer who is anticipating challenging themselves within a top-notch tech-based corporation as Tiki. You will report directly to Social/Community Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive and discuss briefs on jobs from/with Social/Community Manager
- Generate ideas after understanding the requirements
- Practice social listening and capture social trends.
- Make use social trends to create and produce efficient creative solutions, based on the agreed project brief
- Developing seeding content for social channels.
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with brand team
- Daily review of job status with the Social/ Community Manager.
- Work with Designer team to deliver high standards of finished work
- Co-ordinate with all the departments (Project team/ Campaign team, …) and other third parties
(agencies, production house)
- Review and make sure to complete and check all tasks as required by internal
- Ensure close collaboration with project team to guarantee all works are under brand guideline & requirements.
- Other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Criterias we‘re looking for
- The right candidate will know how to capture social trends and turn them into content direction, angles and detailed works
- You will know how to capture the essence of campaigns, understand Tiki services/campaigns
- You must have basic analyzed and research skills
- You must have ability to administrate social/ communities’ channels (FB, YT, Instagram, Tiktok) – experience in running successful Tiktok channel or owning viral page/community is a plus
- You must be social media native and have a pulse on new and creative industry trends and a
creative sensibility that extends across content genres.
- You must have ability to create high-quality, solid communication strategic plan
- Being able to work well with another team, department.
- Deep dive on customer/audience insight & behaviors
- A powerful passion for television, film, music, pop culture & of course, Vietnamese culture is a requirement.
- Also, to be a very successful in a Tech Company like Tiki, you should have a sense of data driven planning.
- Good written and verbal communication skills

A. Background
- At least 1 years‘ working experience as a Copywriter in an advertising agency or Brand
executive/Social, Community Vietnamese and English
- Administrator of e-commerce, retail, FMCG brand.
- Excellent writing & speaking skill in both English and Vietnamese

B. Professional & Soft Skills:
- Good English written and verbal communication skills
- Must be flexible for overtime working and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel)
- Digital knowledge
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and constantly changing to achieve innovative
- Excellent communication capability
- Humble and willing to learn every day
- Critical thinking and have service mindset
