We‘re looking for a Product Management Engineer who is Self-motivated & Willing to learn for the Infrastructure & Security team at Tiki. 

What you would do

• Responsible for tracking key project activities at a detailed level including administrative items associated with a complex technical deployment
• Monitors plan and highlights anticipated issues or slippage
• Formulates recovery plans or assesses impact if not recoverable and escalates as appropriate
• Responsible for proactively identifying variances to plan and developing appropriate mitigation plans
• Formulates corrective actions when project deliverables deviate from the work plan with the assistance of team members
• Understands how project decisions impact key business metrics and the enterprise strategy
• Provides clear and reliable communications to internal teams, and project stakeholders
• Provides input to decisions through effective communication methods

What you should have

• At least 2 years in a relevant role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience
• Utilizes the information in MS Project, MS Excel, or other tools (Jira, Confluence) to communicate status based on the needs of the project
• Able to use project management tools to manage projects such as: determining how the intersection of multiple projects impacts the critical path, baseline, resource constraints, costs, and budget of the team; preparing the complex schedule, risk mitigation, communication plan, project release
