Job Description

In this role, you will be expected to: 

  • Build strong, influential, and collaborative business relationships with the Brand to raise the brand relationship by championing the Brand’s needs at Tiki, and work collaboratively with key partners to ensure competitive positioning of the Brand in all market offers
  • Set ambitious business goals with corresponding plans to achieve these goals in sustainable growth. In doing so, you are expected to be creative and have the tenacity to follow through with your plans
  • You will always represent the Tiki value and brand to the highest level

What you would do

  • Managing and driving the growth of the Brand, Strategic partners: lead launches, build and execute a strategic plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the category, brands and Tiki
  • Work with top brands to improve strategic and operational aspects of their business in providing a  great consumer experience. Identify demand generation and promotional opportunities which optimize sales performance, negotiate commercial arrangements and drive execution against the agreed plan
  • Analyze and dive deep into partners/brand business performance and provide consultants to grow their business with Tiki Leading big partners/brands‘ business plan meetings and supporting delivery targets for both sides at the strategic and tactical levels
  • Research and analyze market trends to develop new partnerships and new selections on the Tiki platform to grow the category
  • Provide Market insights, Brand direction, customer feedback, out-of-stock information, and solutions to Cates Manager to drive better sales results and customer experience
  • Analyze emerging trends, competitor actions, and partner capabilities to identify new opportunities. Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets

What you should have 

  • University graduate, major in BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • Good at communication in English
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Have experience with Top Brand (Apple, Samsung, others…) is a plus. A deep understanding of the category, product marketing, and passion for eCommerce is plus 
  • An open mindset, Big-picture thinking, highly consultative, and solutions-oriented.  
  • Have metrics-driven Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
