Job responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process with a diversified levels of recruiting and a wide range of technology stacks and skills in Engineering team
- Build-up and develop pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands
- Tracking and reporting recruiting performance/pipelines to Business leaders/partners and Manager
- Always be on trendy in IT recruiting methodoligies and algined with new practices in hiring on the market
- Get involved in recruitment projects in building and re-building recruitment practices in the organization
- Take other assignments by Manager
Employer branding:
- Join all of regular outside activities (events, workshops, job fairs, etc.) to perform the employer branding of the company
- Improve and extend the company brand to social platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)
- Maintain different relationships with business partners (e.g. universities, comunities, etc.) for recruiting purposes.
Engagement:
- Regularly engage with different teams in Engineering BU on a number of perspectives in order to support Retention and Recruitment
- Actively create new appraches or programs to help and support Tech teams to make the BU enagaged as one team
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 02 years of working experience in IT recruiting (welcome for internal or external)
- Good experience in recruitment practices (internal recruitment as a plus)
- Good skills of hunting, communication, negotiation, detailed oriented, positive thinking and good work ethic
- Good commands of English language skills (written and verbal)
- Good at MS office and computing skills
