DESCRIPTION :

What you will do:

  • Develop communication strategy for our customer lifecycle experience, across all channels, including email, social media and web/app push notifications.
  • Nurture these channels as a conversation channels where we reach our customers as a person, as to grow our brand love and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Provide recommendations to grow subscribers, communities, social media followers and engagement.
  • Set up dynamic content elements to create personalized communication at scale
  • Set up automation to maximize our efficiency.
  • Work closely with in-house copywriters and designs to provide guidance on our communication with best practices
  • Analyze and compile key learnings from all email and social campaigns in order to optimize existing and new communications
  • Create and deploy a comprehensive A/B testing calendar
  • Partner with relevant business stakeholders to understand program objectives and define campaign needs
  • Be a part of a team that is passionate about delivering the best customer experience throughout communication.
  • Encourage user participation and engagement to foster community engagement and user-generated content.

REQUIREMENTS :

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Fundamental knowledge of responsive UX, HTML and CSS is a plus
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in email marketing and/or social media is preferred.
  • Copywriting/ copyediting skills
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and proactive approach to getting things done
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally with other teams
