·         Implement all HR reports including Turnover Rate, Hiring, Headcount and People Operations cost;

·         Analyze manpower plan in accordance with requests from managerial levels & business requirements;

·         Estimate budget, compensation range follow Head of HR BP’s instructions;

·         Create flow chart, HR processes upon requests;

·         Instruct other member to input data and make reports;

·         Other tasks up requests


·         2+ years of data analysis;

·         Strong technical skills in Excel. SQL, Python is a plus;

·         Good HR knowledge;

·         Dedicated and details oriented;

·         Proactive, follow-up and dynamic
