This role is designed to spearhead our affiliate marketing initiatives, KOL collaborations, and manage key partner relationships to drive sustainable growth and elevate Tiki‘s presence in the market.

Job Summary:

The Associate Manager for Affiliate, KOL, and Partner Management will play a crucial role at Tiki, tasked with strategizing and overseeing our affiliate programs, nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and managing our partnerships with key Affiliate Partners such as Shopback, Cashbag, Accesstrade, IPrice, etc. This position requires a candidate with a robust background in partner management, adept at resolving a wide array of challenges, and proficient at strategically amplifying our network to augment Tiki‘s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding account management capabilities, a strategic approach to communication and marketing, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate and Partner Relationship Management: Forge and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with affiliate partners and KOLs, ensuring long-term growth and cooperative success.
  • Strategy for Affiliate and KOL Engagement: Work alongside the Brand Partnership & Category teams to devise effective strategies for sales growth, leveraging the affiliate and KOL networks. Implement targeted communication and marketing strategies to maximize program effectiveness and alignment with Tiki’s objectives.
  • Issue Resolution and Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for partners and KOLs, resolving issues promptly to ensure seamless operations and satisfaction. Employ strategic communication tactics to foster engagement and partnership alignment.
  • Network and Relationship Expansion: Actively seek out and onboard new affiliates, partners, and KOLs to broaden our network, proposing enticing terms to bolster Tiki‘s affiliate marketing strategies and drive significant revenue growth.
  • Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including category management, data analytics, and marketing, to ensure campaign and initiative alignment. Collaborate with the product team to innovate features and solutions that enhance partner and KOL experiences.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce, business development, affiliate marketing, or a related area, with a demonstrated track record of managing partnerships and driving growth.
  • Strong analytical abilities, leveraging data to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • A results-oriented approach, underscored by a strong commercial sense.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce or online retail.
  • Advanced certification in digital marketing, data analysis, or a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and affiliate marketing platforms.
