Responsibilities and Duties
- Building and operating business plans
- Guideline team members to develop and achieve goals
- Finding new potential customers and suppliers
- Working with suppliers/brands to develop business
- Participating in some marketing activities, supporting with Marketing team
- Collect and update the market information, and help to formulate the sales strategy
Qualifications
- Ideally 3-5 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management
- Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
- Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
- Experience with business development, sales or account management; experience in eCommerce is a plus
- Driven and motivated
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication capability
- Good English
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Have passion in eCommerce industry
