As we continuously push boundaries and strive to deliver exceptional user experiences, we are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Ticketbox team.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the ticketing industry, a user-centric mindset, and a track record of driving product innovation to create exceptional user experiences.
What Would You Do
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept ideation to post-launch analysis, for key features and functionalities of the event ticketing platform
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, user preferences, and areas for differentiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely and successful delivery
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform product decisions
- Define and prioritize product requirements and specifications, creating detailed user stories, wireframes, and prototypes as needed
- Work closely with the design team to ensure the user interface and user experience are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions
- Monitor Objective Key Results (OKRs) and usage metrics to assess the impact of product updates and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and communication plans for product launches and updates
What Should You Have
- Bachelor‘s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Product Management in a technology-driven company, preferably within the event ticketing or e-commerce
- Good understanding of the event ticketing landscape, industry dynamics, and customer behaviors
- Demonstrated success in driving product innovation and delivering user-centric solutions
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and using tools like JIRA, Slack, Figma, or similar
- Analytical mindset, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and an ability to work closely with designers
- Additional efforts/support will be required for the smooth selling/operation of Big Events
