Assistant Brand Manager

Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Tiki, one of Vietnam‘s leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management, with a strong background in integrated marketing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Tiki‘s brand presence and market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen Tiki‘s brand equity and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure brand initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify market trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, offline, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and internal design teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including advertising assets, packaging, and branding collateral.
  • Assist in managing the brand‘s presence on digital platforms, including the company’s social media channels, and e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and consumer feedback to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future strategies.
  • Assist in managing the brand‘s budget and expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and integrated marketing.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on brand performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, or e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and consumer behavior in the online space.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
