Senior Executive, Search Engine Optimization

Job Summary:

As an Senior SEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to enhance Tiki’s search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and improve overall visibility in search results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, implement technical SEO enhancements, and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.


  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and topics relevant to our target audience and product offerings, specially for category focused based on company’s strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility across search engines.
  • Optimize website content, including Search result pages, category pages, brand pages, author pages, and blog posts, for target keywords and user intent.
  • Collaborate with SEO content, commercial, and technical teams to ensure alignment and integration of SEO best practices throughout website development and content creation processes.
  • Implement technical SEO enhancements, including website audits, site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness improvements, and schema markup implementation.
  • Monitor website performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, Tiki’s share of voice and conversion rates, and provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to continuously optimize and improve our SEO strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform SEO strategy development and optimization efforts.


  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic for ecommerce websites.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors. 
  • Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Wordpress.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in SEO.
