We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Demand Planning and Pricing Analyst to join our Retail Business team at Tiki. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our retail operations by managing the demand planning process, facilitating communication between data scientists and the merchandising team, and ensuring the synchronization of demand and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) Meetings:

• Host and lead monthly S&OP meetings to review and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and strategic initiatives

2. Dynamic Demand Planning:

• Manage the demand planning process, showing adaptability in refining forecasting models with data scientists
• Transform demand forecasts into actionable insights for the ever-changing needs of the merchandising team

3. Communication and Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the data scientist team and the merchandising team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Provide timely updates on demand forecasts, inventory projections, and other relevant information.

4. Synchronization of Demand and Pricing:

• Work closely with the pricing team to align pricing strategies with demand forecasts and market trends
• Manage the rebate system to optimize profitability and maintain competitiveness in the market

5. Performance Analysis:

• Conduct regular analysis of sales, demand, and pricing performance
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance overall business efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master‘s degree is a plus
• Proven experience in demand planning, pricing analysis, and S&OP processes, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
• High adaptability, resilience, and comfort in a fast-changing environment
• Proficiency in SQL, office suites, and R/Python is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
