Specialist, Key Account Sales - Moms, Kids & Babies

What you would do

  • Manage team’s performance by input KPIs (Tools adoption, campaigns, price competitiveness, stock and promotion planning, seller with sales), and output KPIs (Sales)
  • Daily manage key brands’ performance of Moms, Kids and Babies market.
  • Analyze data, build comprehensive seller performance reporting/dashboard.
  • Collaborate with the multi stakeholders on project initiatives and daily monitoring to ensure the best performance.
  • Responsible for campaigns performance (sales), business plan for key brands.

What you should do

  • 3-5 years of work experiences in Moms, Kids and Babies or FMCG, especially in Ecommerce field.
  • Experience in data management, process, and analysis.
  • Understanding of key metrics/terms of marketplace sales used in the company and Moms, Kids and Babies industry, brand.
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.
  • Problem solving and adaptability required to be flexible and make the adjusment if necessary, proposed solutions are practical, reasonable and creative.
  • Effective communication between team members, key stakeholders, vendors, and everyone else involved in a project or operation.
  • Teamwork as well as be independent work.
