What you’d contribute:

• Kiểm soát hoạt động tuân thủ tại TNSL/ Monitor compliance activities at TNSL
• Hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn kịp thời về các sự cố liên quan đến HSSE/ Provide timely support and guidance on HSE- related incidents
• Ngăn ngừa thất thoát COD & tài sản đối với các hành vi gian lận tại các địa điểm làm việc của TNSL./ Prevent loss of COD and assets due to fraudulent activities at TNSL workplace.
• Tham gia điều tra các sự vụ mất an ninh hàng hóa: mất tài sản, gian lận COD/ Participate in the investigation of security incidents related to loss of goods, property, and COD fraud.
• Phối hợp cơ quan chức năng tiếp nhận, xử lý và báo cáo lại cho BOD/ Coordinate with relevant authorities for receiving, handling, and reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Kiểm tra, đôn thúc đội vệ sinh, bảo vệ thuê ngoài/ Check and supervise external cleaning and security teams.
• Phối hợp cùng các phòng ban liên quan nhằm phát triển/xây dựng và cải thiện quy trình trong vận hành.(SOP)/ Collaborate with related departments to develop, build, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations.
• Thực hiện các hoạt động kiểm soát HSE & Security để nhận diện mối nguy, đánh giá rủi ro,...Đê xuất các biện pháp khắc phục kịp thời nhằm ngăn ngừa sự cố/tai nạn xảy ta tại nơi làm việc/ Carry out HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) & Security control activities to identify hazards, assess risks, and propose timely corrective measures to prevent accidents at the workplace.
• Thực hiện đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân viên về các chủ đề ATVSLĐ, Sức khỏe, Môi Trường,... tại nơi làm việc, nâng cao nhận thức về HSE cho tất cả công nhân viên, giảm thiểu rủi ro tại nơi làm việc.bao gồm các nhà thầuthuên ngoài khi vào làm việc/ Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on topics related to Occupational Safety and Health, Health, Environment, etc., at the workplace, enhancing HSE awareness among all employees and minimizing workplace risks, including external subcontracted personnel.
• Kiểm soát, giám sát, tư vấn và xây dựng các quy trình thủ tục trong công tác ATVSLĐ, Sức khỏe, Môi Trường, An ninh... tại địa điểm làm việc của TNSL/ Control, monitor, consult, and develop procedures and protocols for Occupational Safety and Health, Health, Environment, Security, etc., at TNSL workplaces.
• Phối hợp cùng các phòng ban liên quan trong công tác điều tra sự cố về ATVSLĐ, Sức khỏe, Môi Trường, An ninh... tại địa điểm làm việc của TNSL/ Coordinate with related departments in the investigation of incidents related to Occupational Safety and Health, Health, Environment, Security, etc., at TNSL workplaces.
• Đánh giá việc tuân thủ các quy trình, quy định liên quan đến HSE trong vận hành tại TNSL/Evaluate compliance with HSE-related processes and regulations in TNSL operations.
• Báo cáo cho Quản lý trực tiếp và Trưởng các bộ phận liên quan về kết quả kiểm tra đánh giá HSE bao gồm các khuyến nghị cải tiến/ Report HSE assessment results, including improvement recommendations, to immediate supervisors and department heads.
• Cập nhập các yêu cầu ATVSLĐ, Sức khỏe, Môi Trường, An ninh...hiện hành/ Update current Occupational Safety and Health, Health, Environment, Security, etc., requirements.
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn AVSLĐ, PCCC, Môi trường và các yêu cầu pháp lý, quy định của địa điểm/cơ sở..thực hiện báo cáo kịp thời cho cơ quan chức năng./ Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health, Fire Prevention and Control, Environmental, and legal requirements and regulations at the location/facility, and promptly report to relevant authorities.
• Các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp/ Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

What you’d have to succeed for the role:

• Tốt nghiệp cao đẵng trở lên./ Hold a college degree or higher.
• Có kiến thức về ISO 9001, 14001, 45001./ Have knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
• Có kinh nghiệm lĩnh vực SOP & Kiểm soát nội bộ/ Have experience in the field of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and internal control.
• Có kiến thức trong hoạt động logistic./ Possess knowledge in logistics operations.
• Có kiến thức trong lĩnh vực HSE & Security./ Have knowledge in the fields of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) & Security.
