Onsite Feature Management and Execution: Plan, manage, and adjust onsite features to achieve maximum efficiency
Work with internal stakeholders (Tech, Designer, BPNS, Social) to ensure smooth execution
Monitor, analyze, and report the effectiveness of Onsite features
Handle urgent situations as requested
Professional & Soft Skills:
Careful, details oriented, and proactive in execution & project management
Must be flexible for overtime work and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments
Know data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to deliver insight and recommendations based on data
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good at communication and problem-solving
Critical thinking and having a service mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
Prior experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management preferred is a plus
Knowledge of business intelligence and performance media is a plus
