1. Job Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns through Email and App Push channels to enhance engagement, retain, and grow Tiki’s loyal customer base.
Collaborate with relevant departments (Marketing, Product, BI, CS, etc.) to develop customer care strategies tailored to different user segments.
Create content for Email and App Push campaigns, ensuring personalization and performance optimization.
Monitor, analyze, and measure campaign effectiveness using key metrics such as Sends Success Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, etc.
Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, and frequency to maximize results.
Utilize data analytics and CRM tools to enhance customer journey and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and propose innovative ideas to improve CRM channel effectiveness.
2. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 1 years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, or similar roles.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Email Marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and Excel.
Experience working with customer data, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
Strong writing skills, logical thinking, and creativity in personalized content creation.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments.
Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
