Senior Executive, Key Account Sales - Health&Beauty

Responsibilities

  • Manage the brand/supplier relationship by championing their needs at Tiki.
  • Build strong communication channels at all levels of the seller’s organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage toward a growth plan.
  • Handle demand planning, stock, expiry date, brand performance, sell-out, and sell-in of suppliers/brands at Tiki. Together with the Brand Partnership team to create campaigns, deliver sales-out target, and manage the brand’s MKT performance. Proceed with paperwork for commercial contract & annex.
  • Be in charge of P&L OKR such as COGS, rebate, front margin, and gross profit with the line manager’s direction.
  • Work with top brands to improve strategic and operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
  • Analyze and dive deep into partners/brand business performance and provide consultants to grow their business with Tiki.
  • Other projects under line manager’s direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or account management and experience in the Health & Beauty industry, e-commerce & retail background would be a plus.
  • Experience in analytics, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
  • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”; metrics driven.
  • Good written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions oriented.
  • Understanding of the category and passion for eCommerce desired.
