Executive, Key Account Sales - Health&Beauty/ Mombaby

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow partnerships with Health&Beauty/Mombaby brands and suppliers on Tiki.

  • Manage full-funnel performance: demand planning, sell-in, sell-out, stock, expiry, and campaign ROI.

  • Collaborate with Brand Partnership to build and execute campaigns that drive sales and brand growth.

  • Drive key P&L metrics: COGS, rebate, front margin, and gross profit (under Line Manager’s direction).

  • Work with top brands to improve both strategic and operational aspects of their eCommerce presence.

  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for growth.

  • Ensure smooth commercial processes including contract and annex handling.

  • Other projects assigned by your Line Manager.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • At least 1 years of experience in account management or sales; Health&Beauty/ MomBaby portfolio preferred.

  • E-commerce or retail background is a strong plus.

  • Proven analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage business performance through data and metrics.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
