our team with the role of Manager for Affiliate, KOL, and Partner
Management. This role is designed to spearhead our affiliate marketing
initiatives, KOL collaborations, and manage key partner relationships to drive
sustainable growth and elevate Tiki's presence in the market.
About the Job:
The Affiliate Performance Manager at Tiki will be responsible for managing and
optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including
Google, Facebook, and other offsite ad platforms. Additionally, this role will
oversee the management of our affiliate marketing program, which includes the
recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking of Key Opinion Leaders
(KOLs), Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), creators, and affiliate partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Advertising Management:

Develop and implement effective strategies for our paid advertising campaigns
on Google, Facebook, and other offsite ad platforms.

Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven
optimizations to improve ROI and drive sustainable growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, category
management, and data analytics, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of
our paid advertising initiatives.
2. Affiliate Marketing Management:

Manage and grow our affiliate marketing program, including the recruitment,
onboarding, and performance tracking of KOLs, KOCs, creators, and affiliate
partners.

Negotiate and manage contracts with KOLs, KOCs, creators, and affiliate
partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with Tiki's
objectives.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of our affiliate
marketing program, focusing on cost-per-sale (CPS) models and other
performance-based metrics.

Collaborate with the Brand Partnership and Category teams to align affiliate
marketing initiatives with overall business goals and marketing campaigns.
3. Partner Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with our affiliate
partners, including Shopback, Cashbag, Accesstrade, iPrice, and others.

Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners,
ensuring seamless operations and partner satisfaction.

Explore opportunities to expand our affiliate partner network, onboarding new
partners that can contribute to Tiki's revenue growth and brand visibility.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, affiliate
marketing, or a related area, with a proven track record of managing
partnerships and driving growth.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform
strategies and decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
