At the heart of this mission is our brand – and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help shape and grow that brand through storytelling, social engagement, and performance marketing.
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead Branding & Social as well as Paid Media teams under the Campaign & Marketing division. This role requires a strong brand mindset, creative storytelling ability, and performance acumen to ensure brand activities not only build long-term value but also drive real business results – especially in traffic, user engagement, and NMV.
You will report directly to the Campaign & Marketing Director and manage a cross-functional team of 6 members.
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen Tiki’s emotional connection with users.
Lead brand storytelling efforts across all channels – owned, earned, and paid.
Oversee Tiki’s social media presence, working with in-house teams and agencies to drive engagement and build community.
Collaborate with KOLs, creators, and partners to bring the brand voice to life.
Ensure all creative output is on-brand, consistent, and aligned with strategic goals.
Lead the Paid Media team (Meta, Google, Tiktok, Affiliate, etc.) with a focus on driving traffic and NMV while supporting key business and campaign objectives.
Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns, integrating brand and performance elements.
Balance brand consistency with business growth – knowing when to invest in storytelling and when to scale results.
Work closely with CRM, Growth, and Business teams to align paid strategy with overall marketing goals.
Manage and develop a cross-functional team, providing regular feedback, mentoring, and development plans.
Set clear KPIs for both brand and paid media activities.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize performance through data and insight.
6+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand, or Digital Media, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in both brand communication and paid digital marketing.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, with successful brand and growth campaigns.
Deep knowledge of social platforms, KOL/influencer trends, and user engagement tactics.
Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data to optimize media and storytelling.
Excellent collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in e-commerce, tech, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
Fluent in Vietnamese and confident in professional English (both written and verbal).
Own the brand voice of one of Vietnam’s most recognizable tech companies.
