Manage the brand/supplier
relationship by championing their needs at Tiki.
Build strong communication
channels at all levels of the seller’s organization, set proper
expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage toward a
growth plan.
Handle demand planning, stock,
expiry date, brand performance, sell-out, and sell-in of suppliers/brands
at Tiki. Together with the Brand Partnership team to create campaigns,
deliver sales-out target, and manage the brand’s MKT performance. Proceed
with paperwork for commercial contract & annex.
Be in charge of P&L OKR such
as COGS, rebate, front margin, and gross profit with the line manager’s
direction.
Work with top brands to improve
strategic and operational aspects of their business in providing a great
consumer experience.
Analyze and dive deep into
partners/brand business performance and provide consultants to grow their
business with Tiki.

manager’s direction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
1 - 3 years of experience in
sales or account management and experience in the Health & Beauty
industry, e-commerce & retail background would be a plus.
Experience in analytics,
results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
Proven analytical skills and
demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”; metrics
driven.
Good written and oral
communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts
logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly
consultative and solutions oriented.
Understanding of the category and
passion for eCommerce desired.
