Associate Executive, Bank Partnership & Business Solution

As a Bank Partnership & Business Solution, Associate Executive at Tiki, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing solutions.

You will work closely with financial partners to maintain and strengthen long-term collaboration. At the same time, you will coordinate with the Commercial and Brand Partnership teams to regularly gather feedback from partners on marketing programs and tools. Based on these insights, you will work with Technical and relevant teams to adapt and develop solutions that align with partners’ needs and expectations.


RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Bank Partnerships Management:

  • Negotiate commercial contracts with banks and financial institutions for partnerships.

  •  Collaborate with partners to develop and finalize promotional campaigns to boost sales on the Tiki platform.

  • Set up and manage promotional sales rules and monitor promotion schemes within the system.

  • Coordinate with Marketing teams to secure and allocate monthly visibility slots for partners' promotional campaigns.

  • Generate monthly usage and media reports for partners; address issues related to scheme usage and reconciliation.

  • Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to oversee project implementation and ensure progress.

2. Business Solution:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships that align with Tiki's business objectives.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize brand partnerships.

  • Work closely with category teams, campaign & onsite teams, and product teams to develop comprehensive marketing solutions.

  • Develop effective onsite advertising campaigns, from planning to measurement and optimization.


REQUIREMENTS

1. Background:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in bank partnerships, business development, or financial products key account management.

  • At least 1 years of experience managing accounts or planner teams in media agencies, publishers, or banks/e-wallets/financial partners.

  • Experience in e-commerce or marketing is a plus.

  • A passion for building relationships and driving business growth.

2. Professional and Soft Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, communication skills, and ownership mindset.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Result-oriented and dedicated to meeting deadlines

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

  • Digital marketing knowledge.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

  • Critical thinking and an open mindset.
