As a Senior Executive in the General Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing platform-wide marketing campaigns on Tiki's desktop, mobile site, and app. Your mission is to deliver exciting and relevant user experiences that drive engagement and conversions across key sales campaigns and projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Campaign Planning & Concept Development
Plan and manage the campaign calendar on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including key sale events like Double-Day campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11), Mid-month Sales (15th), and End-of-month Sales (25th).
Conceptualize and develop campaign ideas that are customer-centric, engaging, and conversion-oriented, ensuring a consistent experience across all platforms (web/app).
2. Cross-functional Coordination & Execution
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Tech, Creative, CRM, etc.) to ensure seamless end-to-end campaign execution.
Support the Business Development team in executing joint marketing and merchandising campaigns with brand partners.
Coordinate with designers to produce compelling assets for campaign promotions.
3. Platform Operations & Setup
Manage daily in-app configurations, including Landing Pages, Banners, and Notifications, to align with the campaign strategy.
Conduct pre-launch and post-launch site checks to ensure all user touchpoints function correctly and deliver a smooth shopping experience.
4. Monitoring, Optimization & Reporting
Monitor campaign progress and performance, making real-time adjustments to maximize effectiveness and minimize issues.
Handle urgent campaign-related requests or issues as needed, ensuring business continuity.
Report campaign outcomes and insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3 - 4 years of working experience in Marketing, eCommerce, Campaign Management, or relevant fields.
Hands-on experience with campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across digital platforms.
2. Project & Campaign Management Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct thorough pre/post-campaign checks.
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to monitor data and performance metrics, then turn insights into actionable improvements.
Proactive in identifying issues and solving problems quickly during live campaigns.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong teamwork spirit – able to coordinate well with cross-functional teams (Tech, Business, Creative, etc.)
Ability to brief designers and stakeholders to produce campaign assets.
