Executive, Brand Management

We are seeking a talented Brand Management Executive to join the Tiki | Marketing team. Your main responsibility will drive Tiki's brand equity, strategy, and awareness through consistent project management. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Campaign Execution:

  • Independently manage end-to-end brand marketing campaigns & agencies; ensuring strategic objectives are met, and post-campaign analysis.

2. Social Owned Channels Management: 

  • Oversee the social content calendar and publishing strategy (in-house and category visibility). Ensure strict brand voice, visual consistency, and audience tailoring across all platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with the Community team to maximize engagement and monitor performance metrics. 

3. Brand Guideline Governance:

  • Ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines (visual identity, tone of voice, messaging) across internal teams (e.g., product, operations) and external partners.

  • Review and approve marketing materials, creative assets, and communication copies.

4. Market and Consumer Insights:

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.

  • Survey & Generate consumer insights from data to inform and optimize brand strategies and communication messaging.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Ensure integrated campaign execution by working cross-functionally to drive integrated campaigns and unified messaging with key teams (e.g., Performance Marketing, Campaign Onsite, Creative, Category teams, Warehouse).

6. Budget and Reporting: 

  • Assist with budget management and monitor key brand health metrics (awareness, consideration).

  • Report on campaign performance with strategic recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is highlighted.

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within e-commerce, tech, or a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Proficiency in editing software (mobile and/ or desktop including psd, canva, capcut).

Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of brand principles, consumer psychology, and market research techniques.

  • Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills.

  • High proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced E-commerce environment.
