Responsibilities
·
Being a key account
manager for managed accounts who are Suppliers/Brands/Sellers belonging
Consumer Packaged Goods & Lifestyle category.
·
Drive marketing
solutions adoption by designing customize Marketing solutions, pitching to potential Brands/Sellers, and incentivize them to join
Tiki Marketing solutions to reach Tiki’s business goal.
·
Do strategic
planning for Suppliers/Brands/Sellers to ensure Marketing solutions provided by
Tiki help them achieve their
business target.
·
Manage Ads campaigns
& monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to
optimize results.
·
Build and maintain
strong client relationships through effective communication and regular
check-ins.
·
Collaborating
closely with the category team to carry out training and consultations to
ensure internal understanding of
Tiki’s tools, thereby supporting the advisory of marketing solutions.
·
Collaborating with
the product team to contribute new features aimed at improving the sellers/brands experience, thereby providing better
solutions.
Requirements
Background:
·
Bachelor’s degree in
business/marketing or related field required.
·
Proven experience
(at least 2 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on account management.
·
Having experience in
ecommerce is a plus.
·
Having experience in
a marketing agency is a plus.
Professional
and Soft Skills:
·
Excellent
communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
·
Strong project
management skill.
·
Ability to think
strategically and analytically to drive results.
·
Experience with
marketing analytics tools and platforms (Google ads, Facebook ads, social media, etc.).
·
Ownership mindset
·
Willing to learn and
open-minded to explore new marketing solutions.
·
Good knowledge of MS
Office (specifically MS Excel).
·
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment.
