Job Description
● Develop and execute campaigns for Tiki.
● Assist in full cycle campaign project management; hands on execution, monitoring and reporting.
● Identify key trends and campaign mechanics that drive traffic and sales conversion on Tiki platforms.
● Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including Business Development, Operations and cross functional Marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
● Real-time monitoring of campaign performance through various metrics and analysis, identifying gaps and innovating to improve subsequent campaign performance.
What Should You Have
● Bachelor’s degree with majors in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
● Prior experience in marketing, e-Commerce, or project management roles is a plus.
● Independent and self-motivated, with a bias for hands-on execution; high openness to ambiguity.
● Analytical and structured thinker, with the curiosity and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights.
● Excellent communication and project management skills; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
● Comfortable working with numbers, analytical and sharp.
