Responsibilities
Manage team’s performance by input KPIs (Tools adoption, campaigns, price competitiveness, stock and promotion planning, seller with sales), and output KPIs (Sales).
Daily manage key brands’ performance of FMCG Marketplace.
Analyze data, build comprehensive seller performance reporting/dashboard.
Collaborate with the multi stakeholders on project initiatives and daily monitoring to ensure the best performance.
Responsible for campaigns performance (sales), joint business plan for key brands.
Requirements
2-4 years of work experience in FMCG, especially in Ecommerce field.
Experience in data management, process, and analysis.
Understanding of key metrics/terms of marketplace sales used in the company and FMCG industry/brand.
Leadership skill to effectively manage and motivate team members.
Problem solving and adaptability required to be flexible and make the adjustment if necessary, proposed solutions are practical, reasonable and creative.
Effective communication between team members, key stakeholders, vendors, and everyone else involved in a project or operation.
Teamwork as well as independent work.
