Brand Partnership Manager

As a Brand Partnerships Manager at Tiki, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic brand partnerships and innovative marketing solutions. You will work closely with the commercial team to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships with top brands.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate a team of brand partnership professionals to achieve revenue targets and exceed expectations.

  • Develop and implement performance metrics and training programs to enhance team capabilities.

  • Provide support and guidance to team members, addressing challenges and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Ensure the team stays updated on industry trends, product changes, and sales policies.

2. Brand Partnerships:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships that align with Tiki's business objectives.

  • Negotiate and close advertising deals that meet or exceed revenue targets, including package deals and Tiki Ads.

  • Develop and execute effective onsite advertising campaigns, from planning and implementation to measurement and optimization.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize brand partnerships.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with category teams, seller marketing, and product teams to develop comprehensive marketing solutions.

  • Collaborate with vendor teams to ensure smooth operation and avoid disruptions in campaign execution.

  • Participate in key meetings with top sellers and brands to build strong relationships and gather valuable insights.

4. Client Acquisition:

  • Actively seek out potential top sellers and brands to offer Tiki's marketing solutions.

  • Stay updated on competitor activities and leverage their strengths to enhance Tiki's competitive advantage.

Job Requirements:

1. Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, business development, or advertising sales.

  • At least 2 years of experience managing account or sales teams in media agencies or publishers.

  • Experience in e-commerce or marketing is a plus.

  • A passion for building relationships and driving business growth.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.
