Executive, Seller Operations Solution

Job description:

  • Research, analyze data, observe daily operational activity, generate insight to build new features, process or solve operation problems for improving engagement, seller experiences.

  • Lead, plan and collaborate with other departments and varied stakeholders to roll out and achieve projects’ goals.

  • Support and collaborate with other functions on a project-based when needed.

  • Being proactive as acting and making things happen. Also, being reactive is the handling of action that takes place.

  • Manage dashboards related to performance or metrics related to reconciling seller compensation costs and can indicate improvement gaps if any.

  • Handle daily tasks with care.

  • Others tasks assigned by manager.


Requirements

  • Ownership, be proactive, flexible and willing to learn. 

  • Experience in project management, knowledge in ecommerce, fulfillment & transportations are a plus point.

  • Outspoken personality and likes to initiate ideas.

  • Experience in survey implementation, data analysis, report building.

  • Problem solving skills and adaptability are required to be flexible and make judgment as necessary.
