Job description:
Research, analyze data, observe daily operational activity, generate insight to build new features, process or solve operation problems for improving engagement, seller experiences.
Lead, plan and collaborate with other departments and varied stakeholders to roll out and achieve projects’ goals.
Support and collaborate with other functions on a project-based when needed.
Being proactive as acting and making things happen. Also, being reactive is the handling of action that takes place.
Manage dashboards related to performance or metrics related to reconciling seller compensation costs and can indicate improvement gaps if any.
Handle daily tasks with care.
Others tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements
Ownership, be proactive, flexible and willing to learn.
Experience in project management, knowledge in ecommerce, fulfillment & transportations are a plus point.
Outspoken personality and likes to initiate ideas.
Experience in survey implementation, data analysis, report building.
Problem solving skills and adaptability are required to be flexible and make judgment as necessary.
