We are seeking a talented Paid Marketing Executive to join Tiki’s growth-driven marketing team. In this role, you will work directly with media agencies and affiliate partners to scale paid acquisition activities, boost qualified traffic, and drive conversion across Tiki’s ecosystem. You will play a key role in tracking, optimizing, and elevating performance efficiency across channels with a strong focus on ROI and user acquisition quality.
I. Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with media agencies to plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, Programmatic, Video Ads, etc.) aligned with business KPIs.
- Monitor pacing, budgets, and bidding strategies to ensure cost efficiency and target achievement (CPC, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate).
- Conduct campaign reviews and deliver regular optimization plans and recommendations.
2. Affiliate & Partner Network Management
- Manage and expand affiliate partner networks (KOLs, voucher platforms, cashback partners, media networks).
- Develop and execute partner incentive structures to maximize traffic and GMV contribution.
- Track and control fraud traffic, invalid conversions, and any abnormal signals in performance tracking.
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor full-funnel performance (traffic → conversion → retention) and propose continuous improvements.
- Consolidate post-campaign performance insights into actionable performance frameworks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations for scale, efficiency, and ROI improvement.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Creative to optimize ad assets based on platform and audience learnings.
- Align with Category & Campaign Onsite teams to synchronize promotions and growth campaigns.
- Partner with Tech & Data teams on tracking, system maintenance.
5. Partnership Administrative Work & Documentation
- Handle all paperwork processes related to media agencies, affiliate partners, and internal procurement.
- Coordinate contract documentation, payment schedules, compliance, and vendor onboarding.
- Ensure smooth alignment with Finance, Legal, and Procurement based on internal procedures.
7. Additional Assigned Projects
- Support special projects assigned by management including growth experimentations, channel testing, and ad-hoc activation.
- Contribute to cross-team initiatives when needed to support peak campaigns or critical performance windows.
II. Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, user growth, or digital acquisition, preferably in e-commerce or tech.
- Strong understanding of acquisition KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention, LTV.
- Prior experience working with media agencies and/or affiliate networks is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, critical reasoning, communication skills & Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
