Senior Executive, Key Account - Moms, Kids & Babies

Responsibilities

  • Manage team’s performance by input KPIs (Tools adoption, campaigns, price competitiveness, stock and promotion planning, seller with sales), and output KPIs (Sales).

  • Daily manage key brands’ performance of Mom – Baby Marketplace.

  • Analyze data, build comprehensive seller performance reporting/dashboard.

  • Collaborate with the multi stakeholders on project initiatives and daily monitoring to ensure the best performance.

  • Responsible for campaigns performance (sales), Joint Business Plan for key brands.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of work experience in Mom – Baby or FMCG, especially in Ecommerce field.

  • Experience in data management, process, and analysis.

  • Understanding of key metrics/terms of marketplace sales used in the company and Mom & Baby industry/brand.

  • Leadership skill to effectively manage and motivate team members.

  • Problem solving and adaptability required to be flexible and make the adjustment if necessary, proposed solutions are practical, reasonable and creative.

  • Effective communication between team members, key stakeholders, vendors, and everyone else involved in a project or operation.

  • Teamwork as well as independent work.
