Associate Manager, Campaign & Onsite

1. Role Purpose

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Campaign Marketing and Onsite Merchandising activities on Tiki, including:

  • Platform campaigns & category campaigns

  • Always-on onsite activities (homepage, banner, deal modules…)

  • CRM channels (Email & Push Notification)

2. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute Tiki’s platform campaigns (Mega Campaigns: 3/3, 4/4, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12…).

  • Work closely with Category teams to build Category Campaigns and drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

  • Define customer segmentation, campaign USP, messaging, and asset allocation (onsite, CRM, performance media…).

  • Manage cross-team alignment (creative, tech, data, marketing) and ensure project timelines and deliverables.

Onsite Management (Always-on Merchandising)

  • Own and optimize onsite placements: Homepage banners, Mega Menu, Deal modules, Search keywords, Landing pages, etc.

  • Analyze weekly/monthly performance and propose improvements to maximize traffic, CTR, and CVR.

  • Coordinate with Creative & Tech teams on asset uploads, QA testing, and go-live checks.

CRM – Email & Push Notification

  • Build CRM communication plans to support traffic and conversion KPIs: weekly newsletters, segmented push notifications, etc.

  • Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, and category interests.

  • Track and optimize CRM performance: Open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue per send, unsubscribe rate.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly campaign and onsite performance.

  • Analyze results against KPIs and provide optimization recommendations and learnings.

  • Prepare insights-driven performance reports.

3. Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing / campaign / onsite merchandising / CRM.

  • Experience working at an e-commerce platform or a brand/seller operating campaigns on e-commerce platforms.

  • Strong understanding of performance funnel: Traffic → CTR → CVR → GMV.

  • Ability to understand and analyze customer journey across touchpoints (awareness → consideration → purchase → retention) to design effective campaign and CRM strategies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office

  • Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization & Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
