Specialist, Marketing - Ticketbox

You will play the role of implementation and development of onsite and marketing plans to fulfill Ticketbox’s vision and strategy for achieving corporate sales and conversion goals. You will coordinate marketing efforts to grow the business, increase customer engagement, promote products/events, and optimize the online experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end integrated campaign/event development and plans, including insight generation, campaign briefing, creative execution, marketing channels planning, and post-campaign analysis.

  • Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn...). Planning and execution of monthly and yearly content plan.

  • Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.

  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.

  • Execute digital marketing activities to achieve KPIs as set out by the Business and Marketing Management, including but not limited to Onsite Merchandising (web/app, blog, etc.), CRM (email, notification, etc.), Social media, Content marketing, etc.

  • Execute onsite marketing solutions on Ticketbox’s platform, including but not limited to merchandising, traffic, conversion rate, ROI, user/customer acquisition cost, etc.

  • Analyze all relevant e-commerce and digital marketing data to create data-driven marketing plans and optimize them to achieve goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, key account management, data analytics, product engineering, operation, customer success teams, etc., to develop robust and relevant communication for our constantly iterating and evolving users.

  • Collaborate with agencies and other partners: performance, SEO/SEM, production house, payment & partnership partners, etc.

  • Periodically report on team activities, KPIs, and budgets.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing/customer growth experience, preferably from the marketplace/ ticketing platform or E-commerce Digital Marketing role.

  • Strong knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing: digital media, digital content, digital customer behavior, etc.

  • Firm understanding of E-commerce marketing solutions and all performance marketing tactics and metrics (visibilities, CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC, CR & LTV).

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

  • Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and analytics tools and the ability to deliver insights and recommendations based on data.

  • Good understanding of the digital, E-commerce, and ticketing landscape in Vietnam.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear sense of ownership, quality, and timely delivery of work.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple projects.

  • Great sense of integrity, responsibility, and urgency.

  • Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment.
