Responsibilities:
● Negotiate commercial contracts with banks and financial institutions for partnerships.
● Collaborate with partners to develop and finalize promotional campaigns to boost sales on the Tiki platform.
● Set up and manage promotional sales rules, and monitor promotion schemes within the system.
● Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Category Management teams to secure and allocate monthly visibility slots for partners promotional campaigns.
● Generate monthly usage and media reports for partners.
● Address issues related to scheme usage, reconciliation, and other ad-hoc tasks.
● Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to oversee project implementation and ensure progress.
Requirements:
● Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of university (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
● Eagerness to learn about partnership management and project management.
● Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining composure in fast-paced environments.
● Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
