We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Senior Product Manager to lead our product initiatives for the buyer segment on our e-commerce platform. In this role, you will oversee products from inception to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive successful product releases.
As a Senior Product Manager, your mission is to enhance the buyer experience on our platform. You will optimize key aspects of the customer journey, such as coupon programs, checkout and payment processes, product reviews, and return procedures. Furthermore, you will improve the overall shopping experience by refining search functionality, enhancing product detail pages,and implementing AI shopping assistants. Your responsibilities will also include developing concierge services, streamlining onboarding for new users, and boosting various customer
engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
● Product Discovery: Understand the market and user needs to identify the problems worth solving, ensuring we build the right products for our users.
● Metrics Review: Regularly assess metrics and proactively seek new data and mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program aligns with organizational objectives.
● Product Analysis, Design & Planning: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, working closely with engineering teams to deliver quickly and efficiently.
● Product Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire product life cycle, from defining the problem and aligning with stakeholders, to collaborating with engineers for successful launches, and continuously monitoring and improving.
● Go-to-Market: Drive product launches by collaborating with training teams, community teams, executives, and other product managers.
● Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Operations, and Engineering, to drive the product roadmap and achieve delivery outcomes. Work closely with users and all relevant stakeholders within the company to identify pain points and continuously create value for users.
● Data-Driven Decisions: Use quantitative and qualitative data to support assumptions and decision-making. Set clear, measurable goals (OKRs) to track progress.
● Customer-Centric Approach: Identify user needs through primary and secondary research and feedback from operations teams to inform the product roadmap.
● Problem Solving: Address ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become obstacles.
What you’d have to succeed for the role
● Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is advantageous.
● Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, preferably within e-commerce, fintech, or similar industries.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to define and solve problems, analyze complex data sets, and make data-driven decisions.
● User-Centric Passion: Proactive and passionate about enhancing user experiences.
● Analytical Expertise: Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in A/B testing and other experimental techniques.
● Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with an understanding of and/or hands-on experience in software development and related technologies. Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
● Communication and Collaboration: Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Project Management: Have project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on business needs and impact.
● Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and full-cycle product building in consumer internet, marketplace companies, or startups with millions of users.
● Team Player: Demonstrated ability to unite diverse functional teams and resolve stalled decision-making, with high emotional intelligence.
