As a Search Platform - Quality Assurance Assessor at Tiki, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and refining our search engine to deliver unparalleled user experiences. You will dedicate to enhancing Tiki’s search functionality, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of the Vietnamese ecommerce landscape.
Responsibilities:
● Evaluating Search Results: The primary responsibility involves labeling data from Tiki search engine results pages, machine learning models to determine their accuracy, relevance and usefulness based on predefined criteria.
● Quality Assessment: Assessing the quality of pages (category, brand, collection) and features (filter, sort, auto complete, suggestion) that relate to search results to ensure their quality.
● Providing Feedback: Offering detailed feedback and insights to improve Tiki search engine’s performance by identifying inaccuracies, irrelevant content.
● Testing New Features: Testing new search engine features, algorithms, or updates to determine their effectiveness and impact on search results.
● Maintaining Objectivity: Remaining impartial and objective while evaluating search results without personal bias.
● Documentation and Reporting: Recording evaluations and preparing detailed reports to communicate findings and suggestions for improvements.
● Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and evolving guidelines to adapt evaluations accordingly.
