TikiNOW - Executive, Sales Support

We are looking for a talented and passionate Sale Support Executive. This position is critical for the company’s growth. He/she should be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to generate new demand for the company’s products.

Job Purpose:

  • Deliver the message of the company “#1 premier end-to-end E-logitics solution in Vietnam”.
  • Receive & resolve tickets and complaints with the highest satisfactory solution.
  • Contribute to BD department goals.

What you’d contribute:

  • Receive compensation requests from Merchants.
  • Internal alignment for compensation solution based on Contract Agreement.
  • Resolve compensation tickets in the required time.
  • External negotiation for the highest satisfied solution.
  • Report to line manager.
  • Submit payment request for refund tickets.
  • Follow payment process and ensure on-time ratio.

What you’d have to succeed for the role:

  • Experience with Customer Services/ Operation Logistics or similar role
  • Being agile, responsible, and learning actively
  • Dynamic, ebullient, ability to work under pressure
  • Soft skills in solving problems, teamwork, presentation o Sincerity, cautious, and thoughtful in their work

Nice-to-have experience: Possess knowledge of customer service and handling complaints, or have worked for fulfillment/shipping companies
