We are looking for a talented and passionate Sale Support Executive. This position is
critical for the company’s growth. He/she should be working closely with both internal
and external stakeholders to generate new demand for the company’s products.
Job Purpose:
- Deliver the message of the company “#1 premier end-to-end E-logitics solution in Vietnam”.
- Receive & resolve tickets and complaints with the highest satisfactory solution.
- Contribute
to BD department goals.
What you’d contribute:
- Receive compensation requests from Merchants.
- Internal alignment for compensation solution based on Contract Agreement.
- Resolve compensation tickets in the required time.
- External negotiation for the highest satisfied solution.
- Report to line manager.
- Submit payment request for refund tickets.
- Follow payment process and ensure on-time ratio.
What you’d have to succeed for the role:
- Experience with Customer Services/ Operation Logistics or similar role
- Being agile, responsible, and learning actively
- Dynamic, ebullient, ability to work under pressure
- Soft skills in solving problems, teamwork, presentation o Sincerity, cautious, and
thoughtful in their work
Nice-to-have experience: Possess knowledge of customer service and handling complaints, or have worked for
fulfillment/shipping companies
