We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Business Development Support. This position is critical for the company’s growth. He/she should be working closely with both internal and external stakeholder so as to generate new demand for the company’s products.
Job Purpose:
o Deliver the message of the company “#1 premier end-to-end E-logistics solution in Vietnam”.
o Acquire & manage mass merchants as assigned. o Increase the number of merchants onboarding successfully on the system.
o Resolve Merchant’s problems & complaints with the highest satisfaction.
o Build & maintain the best Customer Service team with “Customer centric & speed support” spirit.
o Contribute to BD department goals
What you’d contribute:
o Manage and support group of mass merchants.
o Manage E-contract flow & ensure re-signoff nearly expired contracts.
o Timely update new policies for Merchants & internal team.
o Specially care for Strategic merchants
o CS operation Analysist & Improvement plan o Internal & external negotiate for the final solution and backlog clearance.
o Weekly/Monthly reports to managers & strategic merchants
o Track & control team performance with SLA & OKRs
o Allocate work to team members following merchant’s type (Mass/Big/Strategic)
What you’d have to succeed for the role:
o Experience with Customer Services/ Operation Logistics or similar role
o Being agile, responsible, and learning actively o Dynamic, ebullient, ability to work under pressure
o Soft skills of solve problems, teamwork, presentation
o Sincere, cautious, and thoughtful in their work Nice-to-have experience:
o Possess knowledge of customer service and handling complaints, or have worked for fulfillment/shipping companies.
