Team Leader, Sales Support

Job Purpose   :

- Help and instruction for new users of TNSL's systems

- Deliver service that "exceeds expectations" when clients assist TNSL.

-   Manage and support TNSL's systems and services-related issues during onboarding.

What you’d contribute:

- Assist sales representatives in managing contracts with clients, upload contracts to the FPT system.

-   Assist and direct new users to the TNSL system.

  • Set up an account + Direct users to TNSL's system.
  • Maintain constant contact via phone and Zalo while boarding.

- Resolve the customer's issue

  • During the onboarding process, receive and handle customer requests and complaints; contact the appropriate departments to address these requests and complaints.
  •  Receiving tasks from management, working with relevant departments of Sales, Ops, Tech, etc. of the TNSL team to address customer requests and complaints regarding service quality. 

What you’d have to succeed for the role:

-  At least 3 years in Customer Services/ Customer Success and 1 year at management position.

- Being agile, responsible, and learning actively

- Dynamic, vivacious, and passionate about helping delivery staff and engaging in customer service activities

- The capacity to solve problems effectively and quickly

- Sincere, cautious, and thoughtful in their works

- Basic English pronunciation Voice was audible and clear.

- Possess telephone customer service skills and teamwork abilities

Nice-to-have experience:  Possess knowledge of customer service and handling complaints, or have worked for shipping companies
