Job Purpose :
- Help and instruction for new users of TNSL's systems
- Deliver service that "exceeds expectations" when clients assist TNSL.
- Manage and support TNSL's systems and services-related issues during onboarding.
What you’d contribute:
- Assist sales representatives in managing contracts with clients, upload contracts to the FPT system.
- Assist and direct new users to the TNSL system.
- Resolve the customer's issue
What you’d have to succeed for the role:
- At least 3 years in Customer Services/ Customer Success and 1 year at management position.
- Being agile, responsible, and learning actively
- Dynamic, vivacious, and passionate about helping delivery staff and engaging in customer service activities
- The capacity to solve problems effectively and quickly
- Sincere, cautious, and thoughtful in their works
- Basic English pronunciation Voice was audible and clear.
- Possess telephone customer service skills and teamwork abilities
Nice-to-have experience: Possess knowledge of customer service and handling complaints, or have worked for shipping companies
