Sales Support Manager

TikiNOW Smart Logistics is looking for a Sales Support Manager to drive sales operations, enhance customer experience, and support Business Development (BD) in pitching, contract negotiation, solutions implementation, and customer engagement. This role ensures that our sales solutions align with client needs while managing an effective support team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Solutions & Support: Act as a key advisor on sales solutions by leveraging a strong understanding of operations, workflows, and capabilities to support BD in pitching and customer consultations.

  • Contract & Negotiation Support: Support BD in contract negotiations and/or closing by ensuring feasibility and aligning solutions with customer expectations.

  • Customer Support & Retention: Act as a key point of contact for existing clients, resolving issues promptly and strengthening relationships to drive retention and upselling.

  • Process Optimization: Improve sales support workflows, ensuring operations efficiency.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with relevant teams to align service offerings with sales commitments.

  • Team management: Manage and develop a team of sales support members to enhance productivity and service excellence.


Requirements:

  • +5 years in sales support, customer service, or related roles in e-logistics and/or fulfillment services.

  • Proven track record of leading team of +12 members

  • Able to handle customer issues and sales process roadblocks effectively.

  • Clear communicator with strong verbal and written skills.

  • Team management experience with a focus on efficiency and service quality.
