Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
Gather customer feedback & market insights to improve our offering
Ensure services are delivered on time & as promised
Report key results; support other business projects when needed
2+ years in sales, business development or key account management in e-logistics, fulfillment and/or warehousing
Experience finding & closing B2B deals
Confident working with sales targets & KPIs
Value-based selling approach; able to tailor solutions to client needs
Strong communication in both Vietnamese & English
Able to stay focused under pressure & handle complex workflows.
