📦 What You’ll Do

  • Find & secure new clients for e-logistics and fulfillment services

  • Build & manage a strong pipeline of prospects

  • Lead sales meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business

  • Gather customer feedback & market insights to improve our offering

  • Ensure services are delivered on time & as promised

  • Report key results; support other business projects when needed


🧩 What You Bring

  • 2+ years in sales, business development or key account management in e-logistics, fulfillment and/or warehousing

  • Experience finding & closing B2B deals

  • Confident working with sales targets & KPIs

  • Value-based selling approach; able to tailor solutions to client needs

  • Strong communication in both Vietnamese & English

  • Able to stay focused under pressure & handle complex workflows.
