🔍 About the Role

TikiNOW Smart Logistics (TNSL) is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development to drive growth & revenue across all client segments—from global brands and FMCG giants to fast-scaling SMEs. This role requires a seasoned commercial leader who can spot opportunities, craft winning proposals, and turn them into long-term partnerships. You will own revenue generation, key account strategies, and high-stakes bids that shape TNSL’s position as a top-tier logistics and fulfillment provider.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead growth efforts end-to-end – from identifying opportunity and solution development to negotiations and deal closures.

  • Secure and grow key accounts – win competitive bids, deliver tailored solutions, and strengthen relationships across all client types.

  • Shape commercial strategy – define market entry tactics, pricing, and partnerships that drive sustainable revenue growth.

  • Guide and elevate the team – manage, coach, and build a high-performing BD team with a clear focus on results and collaboration.

  • Act as the voice of the customer – partner with operations, tech, and finance to deliver solutions aligned with client needs.

  • Own the pipeline – drive forecasting accuracy and ensure all commercial activities are tracked, reported and tied to the results.

  • Stay sharp on market trends, competition, and client priorities to anticipate opportunities and risks.


Requirements

  • 10+ years in commercial, business development, sales, or key account leadership within logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment services.

  • Proven success in winning high-value bids and strategic deals across diverse client types—global brands, FMCGs, SMEs, and fast-growth companies.

  • Strong commercial instincts with a track record of revenue growth and long-term partnership building

  • Team leadership experience – inspiring and managing a BD or sales team to exceed targets.

  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with strong executive presence and negotiation skills.

  • Willing and able to work in a startup-like environment — where agility, ownership, and resourcefulness are key.
