JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Warehouse Support Staff
Assist customers directly at the TikiNOW warehouse.
Aid customers in fixing warehouse errors (incorrect product names, missing Mincode, expiration date not set, etc.) in the system.
Confirm orders on the e-commerce platform.
2. Goods Classification and Delivery Support Staff
Receive phone calls and guide shippers to the pick-up/delivery locations.
Notify and remind the transport units to pick up goods.
Handle pending orders in the delivery handover area internally.
Be present at the delivery handover area during campaign days.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ( 5 days working a week, 2 days off )
